Notify SGK about your departure and apply for a certificate stating your social security contributions.
Close your vergi kimlik numarasi-linked bank accounts at Ziraat Bank or Is Bankasi.
Transfer your pension to a German bank account.
Under the Turkey–Germany Double Taxation Agreement (DTA), you pay income tax only in Germany once you are tax-resident there; notify your Vergi Dairesi (tax office) and submit a cessation-of-residency declaration (yerleşim yeri terkini) so Turkish TDS on any remaining Turkish income is reduced to treaty rates.
File a partial-year Turkish income tax return (Gelir Vergisi Beyannamesi) for the months you were resident; any overpaid withholding tax (stopaj) on salary is refunded via the e-beyanname portal at www.gib.gov.tr, usually within 60 days of filing.
